Revealing the four- Part 2

Ella has always been like the manager of the group. Always rebuking the wrongs and ensuring the rights. No wonder she has earned the name ‘headie’. You know, she reminds us of our headmistress who was usually called ‘headie’. Ella is the 1st ‘E’ in the GEED. She has been around for long and has played her part to the group half heartedly. Half heartedly because her whole heart isn’t with the group lol. This is probably because she is the mother of all nations – with so many friends and people to attend to.
Everybody demands her attention and so the GEED has to battle with other people all the time to get headie’s attention. Headie is blessed with this gift of being able to get into people’s heart without struggling. She is able to convince people to do things the way she wants without struggling at all – im sure taxi drivers will confess and agree to this lol; the number of times they have to cut down to the zero level their taxi fares. And with this gift, she has tried to keep the GEED in place.
Throughout the years, I’ve been wondering what exactly headie’s passion is but I haven’t been able to find out. Well, this could be because she is multi-gifted or fits so well in everything she does.
Casting my mind back on how headie and I started, I will say that we started off so well unlike with ‘G’. Headie was my classmate. We sat in the same class for three good years. And I remember back in school she was my ‘school mum’ hehe. Guess you are wondering how because I’ve said earlier that she was my classmate. Well, truth is, she was the hardcore and so did all the difficult stuffs not only for herself but for me too. She ensured that I enjoyed a quality school life even if she had to give up on her own good (im very grateful for that though).
Everything was great with us until hurricane Ganyat hit Ella and I prior to our graduation from school. But through it all, we survived the hurricane and the end result is this wonderful friendship we are enjoying with her.

Hey! I almost forgot about headie’s newest title ‘mother superior’. Don’t ask me what that means because I won’t tell you lol.

One of the most difficult people to live with are those whom you cannot tell who they really are or what they really want. Double standard people. People of many shades. You cannot tell their real intentions or what they really feel about you. I believe it will be much easier to live or co-exist with someone if you knew who they are or what their intentions are. That way, you are well able to move around them freely and easily. People of many shades or double standard people are difficult to please. Purple Birthday

My excitement kept growing that at a point i thought i will explode out of excitement as my birthday approached. Deep within i felt some joy that i don't remember ever feeling when  my birthday was approaching. As to why or what i was excited about, i cant tell. All i knew was that, my birthday was gonna be special. I woke up in the morning, determined not to remind my family about my birthday cuz i always did. I picked up my phone and switched my mobile data on as i usually put it off before sleeping (thanks to the Yellow mobile network that 'steals' your credits even when the phone hasn't been touched for hours...lol) and read a message from my lil sis who was sleeping ryt next to me, wishing me a happy birthday. I smiled at her and replied, thanking her for starting my day ryt. I picked a dress out of my wardrobe and leaped to go and iron it so that the lights do not betray me. Fun at the lorry station

A magnitude of fun burst out among numerous young boys and girls all over. Some chasing each other and others teasing and pulling the clothes of the other. These young boys are probably driver’s mates. The ones who have a touch of romance are seen trying to talk to the young girls who are selling one thing or the other in a pan on their hands. Some try to position the items in the pan properly for the young girls; all to score some romantic points...lol One thing you cannot fathom is what these young boys and girls are happy about. It’s an early morning at the lorry station with a lot of activities all over. Everybody is engaged in one thing or the other; calling out the names of the towns/ cities the vehicles are going to, pulling the clothes and hands of prospective passengers to climb on a particular vehicle, selling items your mind could imagine; from pepper to phones, preaching the word of God, selling songs on pen drives, etc. Despite all of these, the young boys and girl...
